Psychology services
that meet you where you are

Our Humanity Allied Health psychologists can see you or your participant at home, at school, in the community, in one of our clinics or via online sessions. We offer flexible service delivery to suit individual needs, preferences and circumstances.

For some people, personal challenges, travel or logistics make online sessions a more practical option, with the added benefit of faster access to psychologists who may not be based in the same city. We can travel to a location that works best for you, or where appropriate, provide sessions in one of our clinics.

How our psychology services work

Interviews and assessments help our psychologist to understanding a person’s wellbeing, current supports, cognitions, interpersonal skills and their current goals.

This information observations helps us develop an individualised intervention plan based around the goals they want to achieve.

How a psychologist can support you

A psychologist can provide practical support to help you better understand yourself and make sense of your behaviour, thoughts, feelings and emotions. This support can also help you navigate everyday challenges. They support you to:

  • Learn coping strategies for different situations
  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Develop a therapeutic relationship that supports engagement and choice
  • Strengthen social and interpersonal skills
  • Develop and achieve personal goals
  • Recognise and challenge negative thoughts
