Dietitians are qualified health professionals who support NDIS participants and clients to improve health and wellbeing through practical meal planning, healthy eating support and personalised strategies tailored to your goals, lifestyle and needs.
Humanity Allied Health’s dietitians support clients and participants by helping them to understand the relationship between food and health. We will work with you to assess your lifestyle habits and nutritional needs to establish your goals. We will then devise practical, sustainable diet plans and strategies, taking into consideration any cultural or lifestyle sensitivities you might have, that work for you.
Our dieticians can provide nutritional guidance for managing chronic health conditions, as well as through various stages of your life.
Our dietitians can work with participants in a number of settings in regional and city centres, including at home, school, community location or via online sessions. Our services are provided in line with the NDIS price guide, meaning there’s no gap fee.
Flexible, personalised care:
In clinic, mobile or online
Our Humanity Allied Health dietitians can see you or your participant at home, at school, in the community, in one of our clinics or via online sessions. We offer flexible service delivery to suit individual needs, preferences and circumstances.
For some people, personal challenges, travel or logistics make online sessions a more practical option, with the added benefit of faster access to dietitians who may not be based in the same city. We can travel to a location that works best for you, or where appropriate, provide sessions in one of our clinics.
You don’t need a referral to book our services.
Our therapy and allied health services can be funded through NDIS, Medicare or other government programs, or you can book privately and pay yourself.
Our services are provided in line with the NDIS pricing arrangements, meaning there’s no gap fee.
If you want fast access without paperwork, our private sessions put you in control of your healthcare journey. We offer flexible funding options to make therapy simple and accessible.
Our team can guide you navigating funding options.
