Social skills superstars is a program that teaches practical ways to make friends, build meaningful relationships and communicate with others.
Social Skills Superstars is run by our qualified NDIS allied health professionals, who focus on helping participants build the skills and confidence to navigate social situations.
Throughout the program, you’ll explore appropriate social behaviours, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and more. The aim is to build understanding of socially acceptable behaviours, working towards more positive responses in social situations.
Sessions are practical and group based, creating a fun, social learning environment. Each session includes an education component, skill modelling, role playing, discussion and feedback.
Topics are adjusted to suit your level of social competence. You’ll have a safe space to practise teamwork and collaboration, and build these skills in a relaxed, social setting.
Overall, a social skills program can give you the tools and confidence to navigate social situations, build positive relationships and support your overall wellbeing.

Tracking your progress matters to us. Once you’ve completed the program, we’ll provide a summary letter outlining the progress you’ve made along the way. This gives you a record to look back on and reflect on how far you’ve come. Helping you track your progress is part of how Humanity Allied Health supports you through the program.
